Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a technical lead to steer the mobile development strategy and patient-facing apps across iOS and Android, including web. You will work with design, product, and clinical teams to ship features that engage patients in their journey from enrollment through care.

You’ll mentor engineers, set architecture direction, and champion scalable, secure experiences in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping consumer or patient-facing products (mobile or web).
• Have served as technical lead, setting architecture and mentoring engineers.
• Comfortable moving quickly in a startup environment and collaborating with product/design.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for mobile development strategy and patient-facing apps.
• Prototype and ship features with design/product teams, using AI tools to test improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish architecture patterns and practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to turn needs into features.
