Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software experience.
• Product-minded engineer with ownership mindset.
• Proficient in Java, C#, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
• Experience with React or Vue.js front-ends.
• Interest in LLMs and agent-based tooling.
• Background in AI/ML, NLP, or agent-based systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact features.
• Design and scale systems enabling clinical teams to deliver care.
• Architect AI-powered agents and workflows.
• Enhance mobile and web platforms for reliability and user experience.
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical staff to translate needs into scalable solutions.
