HII Mission Technologies, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, is seeking a Technical Lead for on-site support at Navy venues in Norfolk, VA. You will act as SME for FST-O training events, coordinate planning and execution, and lead a technical team across distributed sites, ensuring alignment with SOPs and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, security credentials, and the ability to work non-standard hours and travel up to 10%.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating complex training events and SME leadership.
• Clearance and security credentials met for sensitive environments.
• Proven ability to work across military and contractor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NSWC-Corona FST-O technical team and SME activities.
• Coordinate planning, testing, and execution of events.
• Collaborate with Navy operators, MOC teams, and remote staff.
• Maintain SOPs and develop new procedures as needed.
• Support event testing and technical lead duties as required.
• Enhance modeling and simulation tool capabilities.
