Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Technical Lead Manager to lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering complex customer deployments to the Securiti AI platform within Veeam. You will own team growth, multi-account delivery, and customer experience from first deployment to scaled use.

You will review architecture, guide decisions, support escalations, and improve patterns and tools. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential to success in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in technical, customer-facing delivery roles
• Experience managing engineers or delivery teams, incl. hiring and coaching
• Strong program and delivery management across multiple accounts

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, incl. hiring, onboarding, coaching
• Own delivery across enterprise accounts with milestones, risks, and outcomes
• Set operating rhythm for status updates, risk management, and escalation
