Job summary

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with architects and DBAs, and help implement guardrails for AI usage in production systems, while focusing on performance, reliability, and governance.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in computer science or software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot microservices, and Python.
• Experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools and evaluating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions with design, development, and troubleshooting across complex problems.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
• Designs, implements, and deploys secure, scalable services that integrate with enterprise systems.
