Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering experience plus 7+ years building production systems.
• Expertise designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs with data technologies and integration patterns.
• Hands-on cloud-native experience on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with distributed systems concepts (scalability, resiliency, concurrency, idempotency, failure modes).
• Proven ability to influence product design and technical direction within firm SDLC, security, and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex full-stack initiatives from concept through production launch.
• Set technical direction: architecture, roadmap-level decisions, and designs aligned to business priorities.
• Architect and deliver cloud-native microservices and APIs with strong security, scalability, and performance.
• Lead development of AI-driven capabilities and integrations into business workflows.
• Drive enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Establish engineering standards across coding, APIs, testing, and operations.
• Own reliability outcomes: define SLIs/SLOs, incident response, and RCA/postmortems.
• Lead observability and automation strategies to reduce issues and MTTR.
• Drive CI/CD maturity and safe delivery practices for predictable releases.
• Mentor engineers, conduct architecture reviews, and promote technical excellence.
