Job summary

You will write production-grade Java with Spring, RESTful microservices, and CI/CD pipelines on AWS/GCP/Azure while coaching engineers on secure coding, code reviews, and performance optimization for critical banking

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years applied experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools with code review and testing.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI in engineering workflows.
• Strong CS fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with Java, Spring, REST, and Microservices architectures.
• CI/CD, Jenkins, and source code management tools such as Git/Bitbucket.
• Relational databases; MS SQL Server.
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with advanced problem solving.
• Drives team adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and secure coding standards.
• Uses enterprise tools to improve automation and testing
