Qualifications

• Hands-on Kafka experience with streaming patterns.
• Solid grasp of distributed systems concepts and failure modes.
• Strong CI/CD and test engineering practices.
• Excellent communicator across engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading multi-organization adoption of AI-enabled engineering operating models with governance.
