Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of Microsoft .NET programming experience.
• Epicor application experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor a technical team.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical team to deliver all functions to agreed scope and specifications.
• Provide onboarding and training activities for the team.
• Manage queue and ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Provide classroom training to end users on Epicor tools.
• Mentor technical team members and assist in hiring/training new members.
• Contribute to process improvements and escalation handling.
