ComTec Solutions LLC is seeking a Technical Lead for the Enterprise Systems Group in Oregon. You will guide a group of Systems and Software Engineers to deliver Epicor-based solutions, ensuring adherence to processes and on-time delivery.

You will also support onboarding, training, and process improvements while collaborating with consulting leads to design quality solutions. You will mentor team members, assist in hiring, and help manage performance reviews, while maintaining client

Qualifikationen

• Related bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of Microsoft .NET programming experience.
• Epicor application experience is a plus.

• Lead the technical team to deliver Epicor and related solutions.
• Develop and test solutions with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Document all modifications to client software per company policy.
• Manage the team queue to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Provide classroom training on Epicor technical tools to end users.
• Mentor Technical Team Members and assist in hiring/training.
