Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Product Development Technical Lead in Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid schedule. You will lead engineering efforts for Electric Power Generation systems, interact with project leadership and customers, and drive performance and reliability improvements.

The role requires a STEM degree and at least 4 years of engineering experience, with strong communication and leadership capabilities to guide teams and deliverables across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with minimal direction in a cross-functional team.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for Electric Power Generation products to satisfy customer, FAA, and internal requirements.
• Provide technical leadership of cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Review customer specifications and contribute to compliance matrices.
• Lead investigations and RCCAs, addressing issues in production and field failures.
• Champion process and product improvements for cost, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate design to cost and manufacturability in product development.
• Produce clear technical reports and communicate analyses.
