Formación

• Experience: 8-10 years in program management.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope based on client requirements and manage engagement economics.
• Review key deliverables and guide technical leads to quality and SLAs.
• Create weekly and monthly MIS reports for a single LOB.
• Escalate deviations and ensure corrective actions to maintain compliance.
• Undertake resource planning and manage attrition and performance outcomes.
• Conduct performance appraisals and guide team members on professional growth.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with QA teams.
• Prepare proposals and estimates for upcoming engagements within one LOB.
• Collaborate with Directors for sprint planning, delivery issues and updates.
• Ensure workforce fulfilment and quality adherence through regular cadence with WFM and QA.
