Job summary

Long View in Denver is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale IT projects across multiple clients. This full-time role focuses on delivering complex programs with strong stakeholder engagement and executive visibility.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program or project management, PMP and PROSCI designations, and a Scrum Master certification. You will drive delivery excellence and partner with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program/project management for large-scale IT projects.
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders and project teams.
• Knowledge of change and problem management; ability to anticipate risks.
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders and lead complex IT projects.
• Proven ability to produce schedules, budgets, scope, and status reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
• Experience in technology consulting.
• PMP, PROSCI, and Scrum Master certifications present.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction on program delivery to support our and our clients’ organizational vision.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement within the PMO.
• Act as escalation point for matters related to offerings and lead resolution plans.
• Coordinate cross-branch alignment on project delivery excellence.
• Provide insights on technology delivery as required.
• Champion and advocate for the Long View portfolio of offerings.
• Serve as the project manager and/or scrum master for high profile customers.
• Escalate issues to leadership to ensure timely delivery and quality.
