Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a seasoned technical leader to guide multidisciplinary teams delivering Digital Engineering, Modeling & Simulation, software engineering, cloud modernization, DevSecOps, data analytics, and AI-enabled mission capabilities for federal customers.

You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards while advancing mission success and growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of leadership experience with DoD/IC/Federal Civilian customers.
• Experience delivering enterprise software, Digital Engineering, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile and systems engineering principles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams for Digital Engineering, Modeling & Simulation, software, cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Mentor staff and foster a high-performing culture focused on quality, innovation, and mission success.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide decision-making with security and best practices in mind.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders; support secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
