Dev Technology Group, based in Reston, VA, seeks a Senior Director to lead a portfolio of federal software development and modernization programs. You will provide strategic leadership, customer engagement, and people leadership to ensure success and growth of the portfolio.

The role requires deep experience with cloud, AI/ML enablement, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and data analytics, and the ability to engage executives without hands-on engineering.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in federal technology leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree; PMP preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience leading multiple programs and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Set portfolio strategy and priorities aligned with company goals.
• Oversee Program/Project Managers and governance across programs.
• Translate customer priorities into actionable roadmaps and modernization plans.
• Monitor performance, risks, and cross-program dependencies; drive improvements.
• Cultivate executive relationships and capture growth opportunities.
