Job summary

Boston is seeking a Data Operations Systems Manager to act as the Technical Lead for BPD servers, storage, and network infrastructure. You will direct virtualization environments, implement DR procedures, and oversee security and email protection.

The role requires hands-on experience with AD, Entra ID, Windows/Linux servers, and a proven track record in enterprise data centers. Boston residency is required for this position.

Qualifications

• At least five years of full-time experience in systems administration for enterprise server, storage, and virtualization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and manage operation of BPD servers, storage, and networked systems.
• Maintain virtualization infrastructure (VMware and Hyper-V) with high availability and performance.
• Develop disaster recovery procedures and perform system updates.
• Ensure security: endpoint protection and user authentication.
• Oversee G Suite administration and email security.
• Supervise Systems Operations staff.
• Perform related work as required.
