Job summary

OmniXSol in Wichita, KS seeks a Technical Lead to guide technical delivery across projects, define standards, review architecture, and oversee implementation for applications, cloud, data, and AI initiatives. This on-site role involves hands-on development, mentoring, and strong DevOps practices.

You will work with product owners, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions, shaping roadmaps and tool choices for delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in software engineering and application development with modern languages, frameworks, and APIs.
• Candidates should possess architecture and design capabilities including solution and platform architecture, cloud-native design, scalability and security considerations, and technology roadmap planning.
• Candidates should possess DevOps and infrastructure skills including CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), automation scripts, and deployment strategies.
• Candidates should possess competencies in support and operations such as production monitoring, incident management, runbook creation, performance tuning, and SLA-driven service management.
• Candidates should possess data and analytics knowledge including data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, reporting/dashboarding, and BI tools.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with AI enablement, workflow automation, and enterprise AI readiness considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in DevOps, testing, and documentation.
• Define technical standards and review architecture and design across projects.
