Job summary

Role Description

The Technical Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Wichita, KS, responsible for guiding technical delivery across projects and ensuring high-quality solutions. This role involves leading engineering teams, defining technical standards, reviewing architecture and design, and overseeing implementation for application development, cloud infrastructure, data, and AI-related initiatives. The Technical Lead collaborates closely with product owners, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. Daily responsibilities include hands-on development and code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring team members, and promoting best practices in DevOps, testing, and documentation. The role also includes contributing to technology roadmaps, evaluating tools and platforms, and supporting continuous improvement of development processes and delivery models.
