Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Technical Project Manager to translate strategy into predictable technical delivery, building high-performing teams and trusted customer relationships. Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical project or program management delivering complex IT/software initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, architecture, product, security, data, and operations.
• Fluent in Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery with strong planning and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle technical delivery from discovery to operational transition.
• Translate objectives into roadmaps, integrated plans, backlogs, and measurable outcomes.
• Balance speed with quality, security, and reliability while guiding architecture decisions.
• Clarify roles and ownership to rapidly build and redirect cross-functional teams.
• Maintain delivery visibility with Jira/Confluence, dashboards, and KPIs; report status to stakeholders.
• Engage customers through discovery, demos, feedback loops, and value realization.
