Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Manager – Omni-Channel Applications to lead strategic and hands-on technical work across enterprise omni-channel platforms. You will shape platform strategy, design solutions, and guide delivery for seamless customer experiences across digital, store, contact center, and fulfillment channels.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise application development experience.
3+ years in Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Senior Technical role.
Experience with omni-channel, customer-facing, or large-scale enterprise platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy and long-term roadmap for omni-channel platforms.
Provide architectural direction aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.
Evaluate technology choices for scalability, security and maintainability.
Lead teams through release planning and solution readiness.
Drive platform modernization and cloud adoption.
