Job summary

Element Electronics is building an in-house development team to support manufacturing, distribution, and corporate operations. The Technical Lead will hire and mentor engineers, set coding standards, and own the technical direction of our application portfolio.

You will write and review code in .NET and modern front-end frameworks, decide what to build in-house, and ensure security and maintainability as systems grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience and enterprise architecture.
• Solid understanding of C#/.NET (ASP.NET, Web APIs, EF) and SQL Server.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a blended team of internal engineers and partner resources; hire, coach, and set standards.
• Maintain the SDLC for custom development including CI/CD and release management.
• Architect and govern .NET services, APIs, and front-end apps; ensure security-by-design.
• Design and build custom apps with C#/.NET backend and React/Next.js/TypeScript frontend.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
