Job summary

Top Prospect Group is seeking a hands-on front-end technical leader on a fully remote basis, located on the East Coast. You will own major front-end deliverables, establish reusable architectures, and guide technical decisions across product teams while remaining deeply hands-on with code.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of front-end experience, strong architectural judgment, and expertise in React and TypeScript, with a track record mentoring engineers and delivering scalable applications

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in front-end.
• Strong front-end architecture, component design, and performance skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
• Experience with APIs, cloud-native tech, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Azure, C#, SQL, Snowflake is a plus.

Technically hands on with experience mentoring junior developers, React, CI/CD, Agile, C#, Snowflake, SQL, Azure

We are seeking a hands-on front-end technical leader to lead the design and development of modern, enterprise-grade applications. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing code, solving complex technical challenges, and helping other engineers build better software.

You will take ownership of major front-end deliverables while establishing reusable architectures, improving application performance, and guiding technical decisions across product teams. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in React and TypeScript, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to lead without losing their technical edge.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade front-end applications and digital experiences.
• Establish scalable front-end architectures, reusable component systems, and effective state management strategies.
• Drive technical execution for major product initiatives while remaining deeply hands-on.
• Define coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across front-end development.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across product teams.
• Improve application performance, accessibility, usability, and overall user experience.
• Partner with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Help modernize engineering processes through Agile delivery, automation, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong expertise in front-end development.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component design, state management, and application performance.
• Experience with React Native is highly desirable.
• Experience with Swift and/or Kotlin for mobile development is a plus.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-native technologies, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence architecture across teams.
• Experience delivering scalable, maintainable applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Azure, C#, SQL, and Snowflake is a plus.
