Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional software delivery experience with React and the .NET stack.
• Experience leading a delivery team to release on a committed schedule.
• Hands-on experience with international clients in a consulting or product‑engineering setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution architecture for React and .NET projects.
• Lead sprint planning, estimation and backlog refinement with Product Owner and PMO.
• Coach and mentor 4–8 engineers; enforce quality standards and reviews.
• Manage client engagement and articulate technical options to stakeholders.
• Maintain CI/CD discipline and governance across the engagement.
