Job summary

Element TV Company, LP is building an in-house development team. The Senior Developer will design and build custom applications supporting manufacturing, distribution, and corporate operations using a modern .NET/React stack.

You will work with ERP processes, learn the business, and deliver secure, maintainable software in a hands-on, IC role. Responsibilities include designing scalable solutions, building NetSuite integrations, adhering to SDLC, and applying security-by-design practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/SE or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software development with C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Experience architecting complex solutions and production readiness.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Agile delivery experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to learn ERP and manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain custom apps with C#/.NET and React/TypeScript.
• Develop integrations between NetSuite and ERP/SCM systems via APIs.
• Follow SDLC, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Architect scalable, secure solutions and document trade-offs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into software.
