You will lead a small engineering team, work hands-on from design through delivery, and collaborate with product, platform, and domain experts to ensure the system remains comprehensible and extensible as it scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building production-grade backend or distributed systems.
• Strong design sense for maintainability and performance in complex environments.
• Ability to lead small engineering teams while remaining hands-on.

• Ingest, fuse, and reconcile disparate data streams to produce a single authoritative view.
