Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Technical Lead to join our Linthicum, MD team. You will be the primary contractor representative for DoD executive leadership, ensuring quality and efficiency across all task requirements while supporting task-level financial and business management.

You will lead technical efforts in all-source cyber analysis and reporting, supervise multi-disciplinary teams, and conduct malware and network analysis using standard tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading technical efforts in all-source cyber analysis and reporting within the last ten years.
• 10+ years of experience supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis and reporting within the last ten years.
• 10+ years of experience using scanning tools (e.g., VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning and malware analysis.
• 10+ years of experience with intelligence analysis processes, OSINT and data fusion, threat actor knowledge.
• 10+ years of experience conducting malware and network analysis, identifying protocols and persistence mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor representative for DoD executive leadership.
• Maintain responsibility for the overall quality and efficiency of contractor performance across all task requirements.
• Assist the Government with financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions.
• Lead technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams supporting all-source cyber analysis and threat reporting.
• Conduct suspicious file scanning, indicator pivoting, and malware analysis using standard diagnostic tools.
