Programmers io is seeking a Technical Lead (Dotnet+ AI) for a Work from Home role. Qualifications

Must have hands-on experience with AI-powered coding assistants and agentic development platforms.
Strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server).
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade web and desktop apps with AI augmentation.
Familiarity with modern AI-driven development workflows and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade apps using .NET technologies.
Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while upholding quality standards.
Build scalable, secure backend and rich frontend UI components.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
