Job summary

Williams Lea Germany GmbH is seeking a Technical Lead to join our remote team. You will drive technical architecture, design scalable cloud-native solutions, and own enterprise integrations across client engagements.

The role requires 8+ years in software engineering and cloud architecture, with experience in AI/automation platforms, LLM APIs, and secure deployment practices. Remote work with global collaboration and client-facing responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture or enterprise integration
• Strong enterprise integration and cloud architecture experience
• Experience with AI/automation platforms, LLM APIs and agent frameworks
• Strong understanding of Azure/AWS, security and deployment architecture
• Proven experience with senior client/technical stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
• Azure certification preferred

Salary: £70,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: Remote

Contract: Full Time

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break
