Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

The Engineering Manager is a key role, responsible for guiding and developing a high-performing engineering team. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical leadership to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity. The Engineering Manager is accountable for nurturing talent, driving technical quality, and ensuring successful delivery against the product roadmap. Through effective people management and strategic planning, the role ensures the team is aligned with business objectives and consistently delivers impactful results.

We are looking for someone who will demonstrate the following:
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of software engineering experience, including delivery of complex systems.
2+ years of direct people management experience, including performance and career development.
Demonstrable experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and driving continuous improvement.
Experience with project budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and developing in Java, PHP and/or Python.
Ability to advise on technical strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or MBA.
Certifications in Agile/Scrum, Leadership, or Cloud Architecture.
Experience in governance, compliance, or risk management.
Track record of mentoring engineers and fostering inclusive team culture.
Exposure to scaling teams, distributed systems, and enterprise-level architecture.
