Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Technical Lead for Now Assist AI Agent and LLM Topic development within ServiceNow. You will design multi-step agent workflows, configure AI agents, and build LLM-powered topics to automate ITSM and HR workflows.

Lead integration efforts using Integration Hub spokes, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs, with strong focus on OAuth 2.0 and Workday REST integration experiences. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for enterprise-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise with Servicenow AI Agent Studio and related tooling.
• Experience configuring LLM topics and prompts for business use cases.
• Hands-on integration design using Integration Hub spokes and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure AI agents (virtual agents, copilots) on ServiceNow.
• Design multi-step agent workflows for real scenarios.
• Create LLM-powered topics for agents and define prompts, guardrails, and tone.
• Tune responses for accuracy and business context; ensure natural conversation with minimal friction.
• Build flows, subflows, actions; enable ITSM and HR/CSM use cases.

• Strong hands-on and leadership experience in Servicenow AI Agent Studio(Yokohoma/Zurich).
• Practical experience on NowAssist Skills Kit.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on LLM Topic configuration.
• Strong hands-on and leadership experience in Integration Hub spokes
• Practical experience on Flow Designer and scripted REST APIs
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on OAuth 2.0
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Workday Web Services or REST integration experience
