Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Technical Integrator Lead to bridge business strategy and technical execution. You will partner with product, platform, and engineering teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions across CRM and ERP ecosystems.

You’ll influence Veeva CRM configurations, APIs, and deployment approaches, while ensuring security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. This role requires leading cross-functional teams and driving platform performance and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years delivering technology solutions and integrations in IT.
• Experience guiding developers, engineers, or testers with mentoring/feedback.
• Experience integrating major enterprise SaaS platforms (Workday, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Veeva).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and regulated release environments.
• Experience with AI solution design and AI-powered support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions across enterprise apps, platforms, and data sources.
• Translate requirements into scalable integration designs and APIs.
• Lead integration efforts through the solution lifecycle from design to implementation.
• Define standards, patterns, APIs, and reusable components.
• Coordinate activities across platform teams, engineers, vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and support readiness.
• Mentor integration developers and delivery partners.
• Track KPIs and reporting for integration performance.
