Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in material flow, supply chain, or logistics engineering within high-volume manufacturing.
  • 5+ years of leadership or project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, MES/MRP/WMS, and material handling automation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Integration Manager for a client located in Normal, IL 61761 with this position being Onsite.

Pay Rate: $65- $70/hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Summary

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Integration Manager to lead material flow engineering and supply chain optimization for a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for improving end-to-end material flow, implementing automation solutions, optimizing warehouse and factory layouts, and leading cross-functional engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize end-to-end material flow processes.
  • Lead automation initiatives involving AGVs, ASRS, and conveyor systems.
  • Develop warehouse and factory layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Improve logistics, inventory, and material replenishment strategies.
