Precise Systems is seeking a Training Specialist to support our Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane customer. This position supports the development and delivery of technical training programs for defense systems and emerging technologies. The Training Specialist will develop and deliver technical training curricula, instructional materials, and hands‑on training events to ensure military and government personnel are fully prepared to operate and maintain assigned systems. The role requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective instructional content and provide engaging training in classroom, laboratory, and field environments.
This role requires in-person support.
Requirement: The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Group I/II s-UAS pilot certification and pass a FAA Class III physical.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
