Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking an instructional designer to craft engaging instructor-led and eLearning content for the Las Vegas and Tulsa Integration Centers. You will analyze training needs, develop measurable objectives, and maintain LMS records to support frontline teams.

You’ll work with Camtasia, Adobe FireFly, and Microsoft Office to create and update material, while collaborating with engineering leaders to tailor content for a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in Adult Learning, Training, English, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to translate technical language into accessible visual or spoken formats for diverse audiences.
• 2+ years of experience in analyzing and developing technical training in electromechanical manufacturing or general assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led and eLearning materials for Las Vegas and Tulsa Integration Centers.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify key training requirements aligned with business goals.
• Create clear, concise learning objectives for all training courses.
• Maintain learning management systems and automate record-keeping processes.
• Edit educational videos using appropriate software.
• Manage SharePoint web environments, including planning, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with managers and team leads to ensure successful implementation of learning materials.
