Rice Lake Weighing Systems is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rice Lake, WI. You will perform Inside Sales duties related to the technical application of our products and respond to customer inquiries on order status, price, and delivery with a focus on professional, customer-friendly service.

Qualifications include a technical Associate’s Degree or 2+ years of technical experience, plus 2+ years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in a Technical field or 2+ years of technical experience.
2+ years of customer service experience, phone-based service is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, influencing, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism.
Self-motivated, dependable with solid follow-up skills.
Excellent organizational and computer/keyboarding skills.
Strong math skills for discounts and percentages.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to interact with other departments to gain access to necessary information and multitask.

Responsibilities
