As Inside Sales – Technical Team, you will engage with customers, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and support LiveChat and events to promote the VEGA brand across markets and applications.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Customer service experience.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Very detailed and organized.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with outside sales to develop sales strategies in BD territories.
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries about technical data, pricing, delivery, or applications.
• Engage with LinkedIn as a sales tool to share updates with VEGA Americas customers.
• Evaluate customer application information and recommend equipment meeting performance, delivery, and price parameters.
• Develop clear quotations for customers, reps, and regional/industry sales.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations to management.
• Participate in LiveChat and customer support.
• Encourage and promote customer engagement with myVEGA and support.
• Trade shows, on-site visits, and events to promote VEGA brand.
• Perform facility tours of VEGA’s campus.
