Rotork is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Houston-based sales team. You will manage the complete sales cycle—from RFQ receipt to quotation development and order placement—serving as the critical link between customers and our organization.

You will collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and sales to craft comprehensive proposals, deliver accurate quotations, and provide exceptional technical support.

Qualifications

• Proven inside sales or sales support experience.
• Ability to manage multiple RFQs from different channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and prioritize RFQs from multiple channels.
• Analyze customer requirements to determine product solutions and sizing.
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and sales on technical/commercial proposals.
• Prepare detailed quotations with terms, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Review orders to ensure alignment with quotations and handoff to contracts.
• Provide technical support to customers, sales reps, and internal teams.
• Develop cost and delivery estimates using pricing guidelines and targets.
• Generate internal orders to manufacturing with complete specs.
