Job summary

Elessent Clean Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales & Product Support Engineer in Overland Park, KS. You will provide technical-commercial support for Cleaner Refining M&R offerings, assist regional sales teams, prepare quotes, and coordinate supplier inputs while ensuring smooth handoffs to execution.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, 3–5 years of related experience, and strong English communication; ERP/CRM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline required; Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical inside sales, proposal support, or related fields.
• Experience with RFQs, quote development, supplier coordination, proposal packages, PO review, and order handoff.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems; Epicor experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong English communication skills; ability to work across time zones with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as inside sales and first-line product support for standard CR M&R opportunities.
• Assist regional sales teams with routine product, scope, pricing-input, and quote-status questions; escalate when needed.
• Help determine standard M&R product scope based on customer requests and installed equipment.
• Support share-of-wallet analysis by maintaining customer/site/product history and identifying opportunities.
• Prepare complete, accurate quote/proposal packages and coordinate RFQs to vendors.
