HYDAC Technology Corporation seeks a Technical Inside Sales Specialist for its Bethlehem, PA site. You will provide technical support, pricing, and product availability to distributors, OEMs, and the HYDAC sales team.

The role requires assisting with product selection, configuration, and application support, with frequent collaboration across Product Divisions and Customer Service. Ideal candidates have an Associate or Bachelor's degree with experience in fluid power, mechanical engineering, or

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience or education in fluid power, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
• Technical support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support (application and product), pricing and product availability to the assigned region.
• Assist customers with product selection and configuration and answer specification questions.
• Explain product features and differentiation; coordinate with Product Divisions for tough questions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service on lead-time and selection issues; assist in quotes.
• Communicate price/delivery, expedite as needed and follow up on leads within the region.
• Support House Accounts via virtual calls and contribute to targeted marketing and sales efforts.
• Occasionally visit customers or distributors for training or technical assistance.
