Job summary

Crane Resistoflex in Georgia seeks an Inside Technical Sales Engineer to provide product application expertise, prepare quotations, and guide customers through the order process. You will collaborate with Field Sales and internal teams to ensure accurate bids and timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering or related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with CRM/analytic tools.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Excellent time management, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a relationship with Field (Outside) Sales to ensure closed loop communication.
• Providing quotations, both verbal and written in a timely manner. Track and follow-up on quotation activity, while maintaining and supporting the Inside Sales team quotation tracking systems
• Analyses initial commercial and technical specifications to ensure bid compliance and look for ways to offer practical alternatives that increase margins or better lead times.
