Job summary

Tranter is seeking an Inside Sales Application Engineer I to deliver technical sales and application support for heat exchanger solutions across North America. You will partner with customers, channel partners, and the sales organization to craft engineered solutions, prepare proposals, and drive orders from opportunity through fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of technical sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of heat exchanger design, engineered products, P&ID diagrams, and fabrication drawings preferred.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to support continuous improvement, SOP compliance, and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales and application engineering support for Tranter heat exchanger solutions across North America.
• Develop engineered solutions, prepare technical proposals and quotations.
• Support project execution from opportunity development through order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with customers, channel partners, and sales team to grow sales and satisfaction.
