Job summary

Herrmann Ultrasonics Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist/Technical Sales Support to join a team that drives ultrasonic welding solutions for medical, electronics, food, automotive, and other industries.

You will support relationships with customers and partners, prepare quotations, and work cross-functionally to document requirements and specifications while coordinating projects from order intake to delivery. A strong sales mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Strong verbal and written communication; sales mindset; project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical support incl. relationship building with selected customers and/or partners.
• Concept documentation and preparation of quotations.
• Close, interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments of the company.
• Preparation of requirement and functional specifications.
• Technical support of the sales department worldwide.
• Project management during the order acquisition and order realization phase as well as for internal projects.
