Job summary

Strive - GTM Talent Partner is recruiting two Implementation & Integration Engineers to join a fast-growing Chicago team. The role focuses on ownership of complex integrations, API work, and customer-facing problem solving in a SaaS environment.

This position requires 4 days per week in the Chicago office and travel to customer sites as needed. The candidate will work across REST APIs, JSON/XML, Python and/or PHP, and leverage AI coding tools to diagnose issues and deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

2–4+ years of technical implementation or integrations experience.
Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs and API testing.
Proficient in Python and/or PHP with ability to read and edit code.
Experience with JSON/XML and databases (MySQL or similar).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects.
Map customer workflows to technical solutions across ERPs and third‑party tools.
Work hands-on with REST APIs and integration documentation.
Troubleshoot API, integration and data issues.
Read and edit code in Python and/or PHP.
Collaborate with customers remotely and on-site.
Travel to customer sites as required.
Document configurations and completed implementations.
