Emerson is seeking a Technical Field Sales Professional to grow measurement sales in Northwest South Carolina. Based in Greenville or Spartanburg, you will manage assigned accounts, build relationships, and drive opportunities in a remote, field-based role with travel across the region.

You will develop account plans, present customer-focused solutions, collaborate with internal partners, and pursue new business to deliver measurable value while supporting Emerson’s mission to make the world

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1+ year of related technical sales experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Willingness and ability to travel within territory with occasional overnight stays.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
Develop and execute account plans to identify opportunities and growth.
Present Emerson solutions that address customer challenges with measurable value.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities—from lead to purchase.
Collaborate with internal partners to align pursuit strategies.
Apply pricing strategies balancing customer needs with business goals.
Monitor industry trends to anticipate customer needs.
Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, forecasts, and insights.
