Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Associate’s Degree from an accredited university and 5+ years’ of B2B relevant sales.
• 2-5 years in B2B sales/Business Development.
• Recent experience in machine tool environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster customer relationships.
• Promote the sale of Company products and provide technical sales support.
• Consult with Applications Engineers to assess equipment needs.
• Develop, present, or respond to proposals for customer requirements.
• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers.
• Proactively visit customer facilities for reviews and sales opportunities (≈25 visits per week).
• Visit facilities to resolve engineering issues.
• Maintain Territory Planning and MIS reports; submit expense reports per policy.
• Conduct semiannual visits to OEM factories in Japan, Germany, Italy, and China.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve yearly sales goals.
• Partner with engineering staff for demonstrations.
• Other duties as assigned.
