Technical Field Representative - Mobile Systems Sales & Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales, support, and creating business opportunities for Compu-Spread in the defined territory.
- Promote and sell hydraulic and electronic spreader control systems for the North American snow and ice market.
- Maintain and support an active dealer network and work directly with end users for system specifications.
- Conduct service calls and training courses for end users and dealers.
- Develop and expand territory market share through calls and visits.
- Develop regional sales plans aligned with strategic business goals.
- Participate in budget development and provide monthly sales forecasts.
- Expand dealer network and identify major sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and bid proposals.
- Travel within the territory for sales and support calls.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience with electronic and/or hydraulic systems.
- Experience in developing a dealer base is a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of heavy trucks and/or mobile hydraulic equipment.
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Fluid Power Technology, Electrical, or Electronic Technology.
- Effective selling, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
- High customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel 40-60% within the territory.
This is a remote position supporting NY, NJ & PA. The salary range is $110,000 - $125,000 annually, with an annual bonus potential of 0-35% based on targets and performance.
