Job Mission: The Trackster is responsible for being the New Balance face of the brand within their local community and retail accounts. They will execute product training, educational, promotional, and merchandising tasks for footwear, apparel, and accessories at running specialty and sporting goods stores. Building strong relationships with store owners, managers, and retail sales associates to drive sales and brand awareness is key. The role also involves engaging with local run clubs, fitness ambassadors, and hosting community events and activations.

Major Accountabilities:

1. Align with national strategy and brand goals.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by connecting with athletes and fitness enthusiasts, hosting events, and conducting product demos.
3. Develop and maintain professional relationships with retail staff and management.
4. Educate staff on New Balance products through clinics and in-store hours.
5. Participate in national sponsored events such as marathons and nationals.
6. Stay current on industry trends, products, and communications.

Requirements for Success:

1. Two to three years of retail or sales experience; athletic participation a plus.
2. Preferably experience in run specialty or sporting goods retail; active involvement in races and expos is desired.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to travel frequently and work on weekends.
5. Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
6. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
7. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; must be conversational in Spanish and fluent in English.

This is a remote position based in the Miami metro area.
