Job summary
Saint-Gobain North America is seeking a Technical Services & Sales Representative to provide hands-on field support, product application expertise, and training across the New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey markets.
This role partners with Warranty Services, Marketing, and R&D to drive growth, support field teams, and ensure proper application of GCP products and systems. A strong technical background and ability to travel are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction sales or technical services.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to contractors and sales teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 85% (domestic).
Responsibilities
- Deliver product application and installation training to customers, contractors, and distribution partners.
- Support and help implement contractor engagement and development programs.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for field sales teams and contractors.
- Assist customers and distributors with job estimates and product quantity recommendations.
- Conduct field research and gather customer feedback to identify needs and market opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to support growth initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Warranty Services, Marketing, and R&D on product and program development initiatives.
