Saint-Gobain North America is seeking a Technical Services & Sales Representative to provide hands-on field support, product application expertise, and training across the New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey markets.
This role partners with Warranty Services, Marketing, and R&D to drive growth, support field teams, and ensure proper application of GCP products and systems. A strong technical background and ability to travel are essential.
The Technical Services & Sales Representative serves as a trusted technical expert for customers, contractors, distributors, and design professionals throughout the New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey markets. In this role, you will provide hands-on field support, product application expertise, troubleshooting, and training that help customers maximize the performance of GCP products and systems while reinforcing our reputation for innovation, quality, and service.
Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and sales teams, you will identify opportunities to support business growth by providing technical guidance, training, and field expertise that enhance customer success and uncover new sales opportunities. You will serve as a key link between customers and internal teams, helping to ensure our products and systems are applied effectively in real-world conditions.
This role also partners with Warranty Services, Marketing, and Research & Development to support product development initiatives, training programs, contractor engagement efforts, and warranty management activities. Through hands‑on field support, customer collaboration, and technical leadership, you will contribute directly to the growth and success of the business.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $72,500 to $111,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a sales incentive plan (SIP). The targeted amount is 20% of base salary. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and SIP) for this position, is $87,000 to $133,800. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
