Job summary

SAIC seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a Prime contract focused on Technical Exploitation at the customer site in Bethesda, MD. You will manage a small but skilled team, report to the COR, and ensure delivery of contractual milestones on time and within budget.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility, a Bachelor's degree, and 18+ years of professional experience, including managing 10+ technical staff. Target salary range is $200,001–$240,000.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least eight years in PM, project management, or technical leadership.
• 18+ years of total professional experience.
• Experience as PM leading teams of 10+ technical staff.
• Ability to bridge operational and technical domains with innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and resolve issues.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven stakeholder relationship management at senior levels.
• Interpersonal skills enabling collaboration across leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contract performance focal point (tech, cost, schedule, security).
• Deliver on-contract strategic and organic growth opportunities.
• Provide regular client and SAIC leadership reports.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new staff.
• Maintain staff competency and current tech knowledge.
• Ensure on-time, quality deliverables to customer and SAIC.
• Fill staffing gaps within contract timelines via pipeline management.
• Maintain awareness of SAIC solutions and surge capabilities.
• Participate in quarterly PMR reviews; track costs and variances.
